About Us

Sneaky Hammock writes screen stories that challenge the expected.

From grounded sci-fi to dark holiday comedy to supernatural thrillers, our work centres on flawed but relatable characters navigating extraordinary situations — always with emotional authenticity, social relevance, and just enough dark fun to keep things unpredictable.

Whether it's weaving a speculative world from scratch or reimagining the one we live in, we build stories that feel lived-in, layered, and driven by character.

In 2024, Bells — a twisted Christmas-afterlife comedy — was shortlisted for the Australian Writers’ Guild Emerging Writers’ Award. We’re now developing a growing slate of genre-led projects for screen, each with something to say and someone to believe in.

Sneaky Hammock Creations is where those stories are built — one thread at a time.
